Colorado Enterprise Zone Credits

As of May 12, 2011, cash or in-kind donations to Marillac Clinic can now be eligible for the Colorado Enterprise Zone Credits.

What does this mean for you?

Cash donations of $50 or more may be eligible for a 25% tax credit on the donor’s Colorado State Income Tax Return. In-kind gifts valued at $100 or above may be eligible for a 12.5% tax credit.

The Donor Relations Department at Marillac will automatically send the Enterprise Zone certificate to you for a cash donation of $250 or more.

You can request a certificate from Marillac for your donation if less than $250 and greater than $50. Please call office at 298-6313.

You can deduct your gifts on your Federal and State returns, and now claim an additional Enterprise Zone Tax Credit off your State of Colorado return.
This can have significant savings to you! As always, please consult with your accountant for more information.

2. Sign up with PayPal and make a secure monthly Electronic Funds Transfer from your Bank Account
