There are many ways to make your financial contributions to support the Marillac Clinic
Monthly donations directly from your checking account.
The best way to give. More of your recurring contribution goes directly to the Marillac Clinic and not to credit card fees. Additionally, you may have significant savings on your Colorado State Income Tax Return via the Colorado Enterprise Zone Credits (explained below). Fill out our online recurring donation form or print and mail in the paper work.
Colorado Combined Campaign
State employees are participating in workplace giving campaigns and making pledges via payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card. No matter the amount, your contribution makes a huge difference!
Donate via credit/debit card or PayPal account
Make a one-time or setup a 12 month recurring donation via the forms below. Donations made this way are processed via Paypal; however, one-time donations do not require a Paypal account. Marillac will be charged processesing fees, so we encourage you to consider the above methods to get the most out of your money.

As of May 12, 2011, cash or in-kind donations to Marillac Clinic can now be eligible for the Colorado Enterprise Zone Credits.
What does this mean for you?
Cash donations of $50 or more may be eligible for a 25% tax credit on the donor’s Colorado State Income Tax Return. In-kind gifts valued at $100 or above may be eligible for a 12.5% tax credit.
The Donor Relations Department at Marillac will automatically send the Enterprise Zone certificate to you for a cash donation of $250 or more.
You can request a certificate from Marillac for your donation if less than $250 and greater than $50. Please call office at 298-6313.
You can deduct your gifts on your Federal and State returns, and now claim an additional Enterprise Zone Tax Credit off your State of Colorado return.
